How do pickup orders work?
Choose Pickup while building your order. There is no minimum. The current estimate is 15–20 minutes; the tracking page will show the latest status.
Where does Montielle deliver?
Delivery is not currently available or its settings could not be confirmed. Check the order page or call Montielle for today’s options.
Can I customize a dish?
Available preparation preferences appear before you add a dish. You can also leave a short kitchen note. Paid sides and extras use the live menu price and appear as separate items so the total stays clear.
What should I do about a food allergy?
Write the allergy in the order instructions and call Montielle before paying. Our kitchen handles multiple allergens and cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Can I cancel or change an order?
Call within 5 minutes of placing the order. Once preparation has started or a delivery driver has picked it up, changes and refunds may be limited.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds are reviewed case by case. Please contact Montielle immediately for an incorrect order, missing items, or a quality concern. Refunds may be limited once an order has been prepared or picked up by a delivery driver, but we will always do our best to resolve concerns fairly.
How will I receive order updates?
Your confirmation includes a private tracking link. When email updates are available, Montielle sends status changes such as received, preparing, ready, or completed to the address used at checkout.
